Cottage 12 is a one bedroom unit with a fantastic view of the bay and a feeling of privacy as it faces the beach and cul-de-sac.  The kitchen comes fully equipped (fridge, stove, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, dishes & cutlery) and a 3-piece bathroom.  The bedroom contains one double bed and the living room contains a double pullout couch.
